There is an employee Christopher Diaz at this location. I was very impressed with his work ethic. Above and beyond what I have ever expected from a parts salesperson. Thank you Christopher.

Stock shown online is not kept up to date. I drove here for a part. When I walked in the employee said, “oh that’s out of stock. I forgot to update it online.” Absolute waste of time

I went to A.A.P. for a car battery. Chris provided the best service ever. He's so knowledgeable about vehicles and provided a lot of good information.

Most of the staff have been great to work with and helpful with finding products and recommending a better option for the product you're looking at buying. I have been happy to work with Advance Auto Parts for several years now. They are conveniently located in the Lake Manawa shopping area, next to the old Menard location. Update 9/5/25 They are still doing a great job. Some of the stores have been closed across the nation, but these guys are still going strong! Keep up the good work. Update 11/9/25 There are some new employees who are doing an excellent job. Keep up the good work.
