Costumer service is terrible. A woman was on the phone. There were only two people in the shop, and she was there for over 20 minutes without attending to the next customer. This isn't the first time this has happened to me at this location with the same woman who is always upset. I WAS UNABLE TO PURCHASE MY ITEM. If anyone from the administration sees my message, could you please look into this?
I would highly recommend this place. I showed up right before closing and Tony helped me with a very friendly demeanor and professionalism. He tested my car battery and as I suspected, it was low. I bought a new battery and he installed it for me outside in the dark. He is an awesome employee and I highly recommend his services. Please ask for Tony.
Service was great. Tisha was very helpful and took time to make sure I got the right battery for my car. She also installed it as it was difficult to get to in the trunk of the car.
Purchased a battery that was possibly defective. The young lady there was as kind, helpful, and accommodating. I appreciate the cheerful staff here and their willingness to help.
Dude couldn't find the price so he just gave it to me. Beautiful!
