I called looking for a fuel pump in stock. I was put on hold for a good little while, but it did sound busy in there. They wound up not having it, but the person that picked up was pleasant, helpful, and gave me a price range as a reference in my search. I appreciated that.

The store doesn’t close until 8pm on Sunday. I got there at 7:30pm. My boyfriend went in and asked if we could use the plug to see why my engine light is on in my car. Lady was rude as hell per usual. Talking about ‘it’s too late, NOPE”. Like huh? Just say you lazy as hell and don’t want to do your job. The customer service is lacking heavy. Why even apply for a job to not help the customers? Didn’t know yall were paying them to be rude as hell to people and not help them when clearly the store is open for another 30 minutes.

Ordered online called for info they made the process seem less and got an online extra discount with home delivery same day that was awesome saved the day!

I'm glad I brought somebody with me (being that I'm a female and handicapped). I needed a new battery and didn't know they no longer switch them out for you.
