DO NOT OFFER A SERVICE IF YOU CANNOT DELIVER ON THAT SERVICE! If I could give zero stars, I would. I placed a same day home delivery order in which they never delivered. Nor did they communicate that it wouldn't be coming as mentioned. Just took my money and didn't give me anything in return. I believe that is what is known as stealing and is a crime in most areas of the country. Be aware of any orders you do online, especially through this location.

I came to this location EXTREMELY flustered and with the wrong attitude. As soon as I stepped out my vehicle I was greeted by Sonny who acknowledged my frustration & brought me back down to planet earth. He let me know in what capacity they are able to assist the customer and was extremely informative. He almost seems like an expert when it comes to vehicles which was a plus. Not only did he assist me with my most recent issue but he also gave me resolution for the ones I turned a blind eye to. He has great customer service and a knack for deescalation. That skill set will carry him very far. Thank you Sonny for easing my frustration, as a woman these things make us feel lost and you definitely guided me through this professionally and empathetically.

Good customer service experience The staffs took time to explain my items different types and address my concerns on the product purchased.

Knowledge let's talk that, simple things show ignorance. I'm supposed to be able to walk in this place and get expert assistance not "hey what can I do you for" not in those exact words but close. Between 2 returns and everyone looking like it's ok. I know what to expect now. I'm going to have to fend for myself.

I'm liking where I can purchase auto items on line and pick them up in the store, including getting a discount if you purchase on line. Every little bit helps to save. I recommend shopping on line.
