I was never spoken too when I walked in the store the manager was outside working hard the young man at the counter was talking while I was checking out and I kept asking what he was referring too and he said “MAAM IM ON THE PHONE!” And pointed to his ear How ridiculous

Store #8409: Very upset at the customer service outside of one gentleman named Terrence (if spelled correctly). He was of much help even while getting ready to click out. Unfortunately, I was left with two other gentlemen who didn't seem to care and seemed very uninterested in assisting me. From getting my alternator checked to giving me false information. I was told I can't return a battery I was unsure that I needed due to my car situation. It was communicated that once I walk out the door with it, it's not returnable. Arriving home and further getting my car situation diagnosed, it was clear the battery wasn't needed. I called around to several stores to find a part I needed and also asked about the battery. There is a manager there that does not want to be there. I hate going in this location. Professionalism is lost there

Terrible customer service, if they don't have to help you, they won't. The laziest group of automotive employees

Terrance was very helpful, he got me a battery and put it in and checked to see if something else was going on, thank you so much just know this 65 yr old woman appreciates the help because I thought my car was done thank ythank you
