Came in to pick up a battery and have it installed. The guy that was helping me (didn’t get his name) wasn’t friendly and was seemingly annoyed prior to and after battery change. Nonetheless, battery was installed and my vehicle is working properly now, but that interaction alone was enough to make me not return for any reason.

I had an amazing experience at the Dover, PA location. I went in to purchase a battery for my vehicle and Michele was the "amazing staff member" that helped me with looking up my item and even walking me and the heavy battery back to my car. It's so hard to find good staff members but I must share, at this Dover, PA location I always get A1 service! Thanks Michele for representing and providing great customer service skills!!!!

My go-to for all automotive maintenance supplies and parts. Speed Perks are great, and a military discount is available if you don’t otherwise get one. Love the website and online pickup.
