Every visit is smooth, stress-free, and genuinely pleasant thanks to the exceptional service I receive. I especially want to highlight **Javier**, who consistently goes above and beyond. He is always kind, calm, pleasant, and incredibly helpful. No matter what I need, whether it's advice, product recommendations, or help finding the right part, Javier delivers with patience and professionalism. He’s also **very, very knowledgeable**, which makes the entire experience even better. It’s rare to find customer service this good, and it’s the reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend this location!

I was very disappointed with my experience here. I seemed to be bothering the employee and he was not helpful. Not sure of his name but the receipt says Demas L. He even rudely told me twice I was not in the system. I don’t care. I just wanted to buy the parts. Just because I am a women and don’t know much about cars there is no reason to be rude. I found out the part I received was not the best one for my car. I went down the road to auto zone and got excellent customer service!

Titus and Javier were able to help me right before closing. Couldn’t thank them enough. I don’t live in the area and I’m about 2 1/2 hours away from home but they made sure that I got home. Thanks guys!
