Worst service ever! I never been so ignored in my life. 45 minutes there, no customers waiting just me and 4 females on the floor pretending they were working and I didn't even get a CAN I HELP YOU? First and last time in that AutoZone.

Printed me out the information and number for a part that did not even belong to my own vehicle wasted 4 hours calling and researching trying to find it what a waste of time train your employees better.

Needed tag lights & brake lights for my sister car. Help find me some and showed me how to put them in.

If you're looking to test your alternator or starter, don't bother. This is the third location to say their machine is broken, as a company, yall need to look into that.I was going to buy one if yall could've told me if it was bad..in their defense I did go in an hour before closing but all three stores we just disappointing something aint right, something going on for real. The only zone they want you in is the tow away zone cause your car broke somewhere. On the other hand, if you DO need to test your alternator or starter go on ahead and take your business down to the advance discount auto parts because they got their business in order and will test it even if theyre about to close.

Says they have the part the. When I get there they can’t find it. So I buy part of what I need then they ring me up for the part they don’t have. Ultimately having to correct them cause they are not paying attention.
