I would give this place a 0 star if i could, the woman there is so rude! Was in tue middle of helping with my return but she rudely starting helping someone else

What makes a good auto parts store is the employees. This store is lacking helpful, cordial employees. It always have, and apparently, it always will. Go there then go to Auto Zone and O'Reilly's down the road and see for yourself. The quality of Auto Zone's and O'Reilly's employees is superb compared to the unhelpful and unmotivated employee's of Advance. I terminated my dealings with Advance and drive just a little bit more to Auto Zone or O'Reilly's. All their auto parts are within the same price range and quality. Plus you get great customer service.

I came to Advanced Auto in Dunn, NC and Christopher was amazing. He was kind, informative, and well educated about the parts that I needed and my vehicle. He helped us find an option that works best for our situation, whilst showcasing the utmost professionalism. 10/10 I would DEFINITELY recommend!!!
