This tundra like weather pretty much killed my car battery, and AAA is 2 days behind on their service calls-- so there was no getting a battery from AAA for days. The wisest choice I made was to purchase a battery from Advance Auto Parts on Transit road in East Amherst where they installed it free of charge! The nice man who took care of me demonstrated exemplary customer service - the old school kind that you rarely, if ever, receive these day!!! Not only was the price of the battery good, the customer service is what will keep me coming back! I highly recommend Advance Auto Parts to all and especially to my friends and family for their automotive needs! Thank you Advance Auto Parts!

They helped test my battery to make sure my car will work reliably. The battery checked out. No hardsell just good info

Refused to take my oil and said has to stay at counter for customers and I was the only one there in the morning. Gave me the wrong oil filter which was the first time that happened. This store is lazy and don't know what they are doing. I hope to see this store close

Free parking and very helpful staff guided me through the store locating the items I needed. Prices were excellent and items on sale were abundant. Next time try the well stocked store

Poor customer service here. Waited in line behind a guy who was ordering a whole bunch of stuff and was taking forever. I only had one item and employees were in the back looking at me and never thought to come over and cash me out. After 15 minutes of patiently waiting I walked out. Not coming back...
