Alice was extremely helpful, friendly, and kind. I stopped by to purchase wiper blades, and she took the time to educate me on exactly what I needed. She was also efficient at installing them for me. I'll definitely return!

Received terrific service at the Ellicott City Advance Auto Parts store while getting my lawn tractor battery tested and replaced. The store tech was polite, knowledgeable, and efficient. The price was very competitive. Very pleased with the service.

They dont price match, even though its their policy. Managers are insane penny pinchers who cant apply discounts on the website, refuse to take in returns as well even though unused. General staff are polite.

The female manager that works there was not friendly nor was she helpful in helping me find the exactly what I needed for my car. I also asked her about a filter and her tone was completely uninviting. I ended up spending twice the amount intended because I thought the people there knew about cars and I purchased the wrong product and had to repurchase again. Not good management to make a customer feel confident in their purchase. I will never go back to this location. I hope upper management sees this I have not been there in years and will not be again. You lost a customer because of bad service from your management. NOT EVEN A LITTLE SMILE.
