Absolutely fantastic staff and they were so kind and helpful. I was driving down the coast and my car started shaking and I pulled in and they not only let me use their scanner they also offered free possible solutions so that I might not have to spend any money and did everything they could to help. I am good with cars and the gentleman at the desk allowed me to use his personal tools to change my spark plugs. Thank you so much Joshua and the rest of the staff! Absolute life savers!

Laura’s kindness can restore faith in humanity! Pulled up with a dead battery/alternator before the store even opened. Laura finished all of her opening duties & opened the store early to come out & be of assistance. A mechanic was called to help put it in & I was out of there within the hour. Laura deserves the world!

They know a lot about vehicles and if they can they will even help you with some info about where and who to get your vehicle fixed.

Our daughter had a crisis with her car and needed a part which was hard to find and went in and the representative name Joshua helped us to the best of his knowledge. The store didn't have the part but he went above and beyond the call of duty and looked further into it. Found the part but unfortunately it wasn't available until 3 or 4 days later and we were from out of town. We left and went next door (competitor) and they didn't want to help us. We all went to Walmart to get somethings to solve the issue but come to find out we told Joshua the wrong g model of the car. We called back and the store still didn't have the part BUT he asked us if we could take the part off and bring it to the store so he could see it for himself. We got back up there and he looked at it and was able to solve
