Michelle and Stella are AWESOME!! They both made me feel like family. I drive past multiple other shops to see them.
Was out of town and noticed a rattle in my 2023 Ford Explorer. Hold on in and they took care of me promptly and efficiently. Can’t say enough good things!
We didn’t get any services because 30 minutes before our apt we get a call that their mechanic had a “emergency”. Every time we have made an apt here it’s been some sort of issue. 3 hours to get tires installed the first time WITH an apt. This time we rebuilt the front end this past weekend ourselves because we KNEW we had an apt today for the alignment. Now the alignment is so off that if I were to drive a long distance on it, I’m going to mess up my tires. This shop has been nothing but a hassle and we will NEVER do business with them again.
Michelle was great as usual very friendly and knowledgeable.
