Chris is the best guy around! Will literally figure out how to fix your truck especially if your battery has corroded the mounts. He will do just about anything to help you get your truck fixed even in the parking lot. Skin his knuckles trying to get a corroded bolt out and says oh well its nothing. Top notch service add mechanical knowledge for all sorts of vehicles. Thanks!
I had a battery die suddenly on a Sunday afternoon the day before leaving on a 2 week vacation. I called here and they took me right in and replaced my battery. While replacing it he discovered I didn't have a tie down for the battery. He helped me figure out what to do... Then he found most of it in my car... Where a precious installer from another company had put it... And not replaced itlike they should. He found a piece that would make the tie down work and installed it. I can't say enough nice things about this place and the people that work there. I would highly recommend them and will be going back again.
I was 3.5 hours away from home when I had an epic meltdown with a brake pad and rotor. I limped my car into the parking lot and went inside to buy the tools and parts I would need for the repair. Michael and Gordon provided me with the best customer service I have ever received in my life. They were beyond patient with me, they assisted me and they provided support every step of the way. I was able to salvage my day and get my car on the road solely thanks to the efforts of both of these outstanding individuals. I am going to contact Advance Corporate daily until both of these gentlemen are recognized properly for what they did for me today (hey Advance, that's money, not a gift card or a pizza party). Best experience ever!
My battery died and after my neighbor used jumper cables I drove to Advanced Auto Parts in Ephrata and had friendly professional service. A shout out to Michael for being so helpful with purchasing the battery and then installing it.
Great place, the guy installed a battery for my truck in short order!👍
