If I could leave a 1 star review I would . We came in for speakers the guy behind the counter couldn't answer a simple question if the speakers had a warranty or not , he just said im not sure . We proceed to pay for speakers, auto detailing spray , and some weather guard car coasters that were on clearance for 7.99 , he rang them up and it said 19.99 I ask are these not on clearance he just blankly stared at me and started over which rang up the same again. So then he proceeded to sit them aside next time he rang it up I ask can someone not help you fix the price he just replied oh I dont know . Cash or card he ask . Needless to say we will go somewhere else from now on . Ridiculous!!!

So glad we have Advance Auto Parts in Etowah. I'm traveling up and down eastern Tennessee just about every day. It's been amazing timing how I needed to get some quick automobile tasks done while near this auto parts place. On two separate occasions needing to get new car batteries. The team members took care of taking out the old one and putting in the new one quickly. Today just stopped in to check on some things and found a variety of items to consider but just not quite ready to purchase. Feels like home walking in and being greeted and asked if I can use any assistance and if not just let them know how they can help. Would not recommend, you are better off going to AutoZone or O’Reilly. Advance Auto Parts will sell you the wrong parts you need (brake pads and rotors in my case) then will not accept an exchange/refund if the box isn’t in original condition, even though it was their mess up in the first place! How are you supposed to find out if you were given the right parts without opening the package?! The parts themselves were not damaged in the least. Their solution to this was for me to buy ANOTHER set of pads & rotors that “might” fit my vehicle… Do not shop here if you don’t want to be ripped off.

Very helpful. My car needed a new battery and they put it in for me no extra charge. My husband had passed away recently and he always took care of the car maintenance, so it was really a blessing that they helped me do it. Thank you.
