Jacob and Nathan, are two young men who have very good business savy, and fair in their pricess, and probably better than most as far as attention to detail. They will hand you the shirt off their back if they had to, I feel pretty sure.

Jacob and Nathan are great young men to take care of your vehicle. I had them service my 18 Jeep Wrangler Unlimited, also looking for an oil leak. Jacob has a Wrangler also, and knew where the problem comes from. An oil cooler on top of the engine where the oil filter goes on the 3.6. I had 4 days left on a bumper to bumper warranty from a dealer in Lenoir City. I scheduled it in on the second day, for it to be covered. Jacob saved me a great deal of money. If you go to have a vehicle serviced by them, and have some similar problem, mention it to them. They might save your engine, and over $8,200. in cost for a replacement engine I had to have on a 19 Ram 1500 with a 3.6, with only 101,000 miles on it. The failure on it was an oil pump, and the oil cooler was related to the problem on it 2

Could possibly be the best customer service I’ve ever had from the automotive industry! My wife took her Kia telluride there for an oil change and after about a day or so we noticed oil leaking on our carport. I called them up and scheduled to bring the telluride back to them on Friday since it was late Thursday. They called me back to let me know that they would hang around a little later just to find the problem. Long story short. They respectfully and thoroughly found the root cause (which wasn’t even their mistake) gave me some piece of mind and they were all so considerate! Gave me a free filter and topped it off and made sure that I stayed in touch with them so they could help in the future! Great group of guys and I’d give them 10 stars if I could!

Quick and great service by two young men that I taught as third graders! I highly recommend them for your next oil change!

Quick oil change. I got full synthetic and it was only about $70. It would have been like $90-$100 at valvoline.
