Advance Auto Parts

1. I get a new battery from them 2. Two months later, the battery fails, car has to be jumped 3. I bring it to advanced auto, they say nothing is wrong with it with their "machine". 4. I bring it to my car shop, they realize the battery is bad and they call advanced auto for an exchange. 5. Exchanged battery is also bad. Advanced auto gives yet another battery. 6. New battery is installed and car is working normally again...except, now I owe my car shop $150. 7. I called advanced auto and they say it's not their fault and they take no responsibility. Jerry says they just give batteries to my car shop when they ask and don't question. They refuse to compensate me and argue with me there us nothing they can do. 8. I'm left with an extra $159 bill from my automobile. Word to the wise, never

I went to have my alternator and battery checked, and I was told that my battery was weak and needed replacement. After changing the battery, my car’s condition became worse. I somehow managed to return, and I was then told there might be another issue and i then went to visit the dealership. The dealership confirmed that a faulty battery had been installed. I had to replace it with an OEM battery and return again to get the incorrect one removed. This entire situation wasted my whole day, and I was unable to work because of their mistake.

Service and expertise was outstanding! My truck had to get jumped today because of a battery issues as I was packing to leave for a family beach trip and I came here right after for a battery test. Jerry was respectful & courteous inspecting the battery right away and gracious in replacing the battery in a very timely manner. Because of Jerry my family can now go on our beach trip today with peace of mind!

I recently got a 1976 Chevy C10 Scottsdale that needs a little love. I am not a mechanic but youtube videos and help from Michael and Rick help me get the job done. Last week I went there three times in one day and today it was twice and they always are willing to help me figure out what I need. Thanks guys for putting up with my questions and I have more trips there and questions planned in my future.

Great experience, appreciate the tool loaner program as it saves me from buying $110 tool I would likely not use again.
