I had a really frustrating experience at this Advanced Auto Parts. I walked in and immediately noticed that no one greeted me. There were two employees at the register when I first came in, but one of them left, leaving only one person helping customers. I understand that sometimes a customer may take a little longer to help, and that’s fine. The problem was that the employee never acknowledged anyone else waiting. I stood there for over 10 minutes while a line started forming behind me. Not once did the employee say “I’ll be with you shortly,” or even make eye contact with the people waiting. The Store Manager and staff always go above and beyond. Great knowledge of all vehicles and always willing to help. Not after your wallet. They actually care about getting you the right part to make sure you and your family are safe on the road. Always a pleasure going to this Advanced Auto parts store.

Absolutely unacceptable and dishonest customer service. I came to this Advance Auto Parts location to purchase a battery and have it installed. There were THREE employees standing in the store, doing nothing urgent. Despite this, I was told they “cannot leave one person alone in the store” and therefore refused to help me. This excuse is completely absurd. With three employees present, there is no logical reason why basic customer service could not be provided. It was clear that they simply did not want to do the work. Advance Auto Parts advertises battery installation, but in reality this location makes up excuses to avoid helping customers.
