Store manager Jeff W. was a terrific help in getting my battery replaced. I was not able to stop in personally, but he helped me with a warranty issue and took care of everything. My elderly father-in-law had some issues with his car starting and though we got the car jumpstarted, we were worried about needing a new battery. I went with him to help get things checked out. I felt a little out of my element, but instantly felt more comfortable once Dan was helping us. He was so kind, honest and patient with us. He was able to check our battery and let us know how things were looking. We ended up not needing a new battery, but when we do I would definitely head back to purchase here. These days, it is rare to find honesty. I wouldn't hesitate to return again. Thank you so much Dan! Excellent experience 100 percent recommend!!!!

The Fort Collins location just off Mulberry is very convenient for our business, but Jeff W. goes above and beyond to insure we have the correct product at the best price. We recently purchased a Jack and Jack Stands and Jeff personally delivered them to our shop and made sure we had everything we needed for the job. The personal care that Jeff has for his customers is rare in today's business world...but it is VERY appreciated. More Advanced Auto Parts locations should have a manager like him, Thank You.

The employees were great. Installed my windshield wipers as well as showing me how to do it in the future. Jeff and Andrew were great. Highly recommend this store.
