Harry was incredibly helpful; he diagnosed the problem, explained my options, and helped me select a high-quality replacement. Despite the 14° windchill, he installed the new battery on the spot without a single complaint—and even thanked me for my business when he was finished. Truly exemplary service is rare these days, but this was easily one of the best customer experiences I’ve had in the area

Dale went above and beyond to help with my auto needs today. I’ve never encountered a more knowledgeable yet also sincerely genuine, kind and helpful person to assist with my car repairs. Will never go anywhere else. I appreciated the time he took to find the best deals for me and then make sure the services were done correctly. He was friendly and professional. I don’t normally write reviews but… I had an awesome experience thanks to Dale. He helped me with my battery and was extremely knowledgeable and insightful—he explained everything clearly and made sure I understood what was going on instead of just rushing through it. He genuinely went above and beyond to help me out, and you can tell he really cares about doing his job right. Employees like Dale are hard to come by these days. He absolutely deserves a raise ASAP. Highly recommend working with him if you get the chance, Great down to earth dude.

I made a mistake by going to the Sudley Rd Manassas location, as a woman working there couldnt find my online order and refused to install new battery because she felt like it was too cold outside. Then I came to the Hillwood Dr. Gainesville location and a gentleman named Dale was super friendly and knowledgable. He basically educated me on how batteries are maintained and removed old battery and installed the new one while maintaining professionalism. I appreciated Dale’s expertise in Auto parts customer service and would highly recommend the Gainesville location.
