The facility is huge, modern, and spotless, with multiple garage bays to keep things running smoothly and efficiently. The team here is friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about providing great service. They take the time to explain what’s needed and make sure you feel confident about your vehicle’s care. I took my G-Wagon 550 to Advance Auto here in Gainesville for a speedometer calibration check, and I had a fantastic experience from start to finish. The front desk staff were extremely friendly and knowledgeable. Even though I wasn’t registered in their system and it was my first time there, they entered all my information quickly and professionally. Within minutes, my vehicle was taken into the shop. The waiting area is spacious, clean, and welcoming, with a great coffee machine. Before I even finished half of my coffee, my car was already done and waiting outside. Pricing was very reasonable, and the location and parking are both very convenient. Overall, the service was efficient, professional, and stress-free. I highly recommend this place—definitely deserving of more than 5 stars!

I decided to try out this shop for the first time by booking a simple oil change to see how they operate, and I was thoroughly impressed. The scheduling process was incredibly easy online, and they were ready for me as soon as I arrived. They managed to get me in and out within 30 minutes, which is rare to find these days without sacrificing quality. The communication was excellent throughout—they kept me informed without any high-pressure sales tactics. It’s clear they value their customers' time. I am very impressed with how quick and easy they made getting my emissions done. I called ahead and they told me it would be 15-20 minutes. I timed it, and they were 15 minutes exactly. I also enjoyed the peaceful clean atmosphere and the 90’s country music playing. I highly recommend them!

First Review..... FINALLY!!!! A automotive shop that treats you like you're a valued customer. BILL will get you checked in. Explain every step of the process, even things you didn't think about. The service is fast, honest, reliable. The facility is very clean, big lobby for guest waiting. A section for kids to play video games. Coffee, tea. Nobody looks at you funny. Everyone I passed greeted me. This will be the only automotive shop I will bring my current and future cars too. I can't say enough about the exceptional customer service Bill gave to me today. All I had to do was sit back and wait for service in the comfortable lobby. The service bay can accommodate about 10+ cars. The wait to get my car in wasn't long. About 3 mins after check in. I really don't want to write this review
