Went on a freezing snowy day to get my battery replaced and the guys working were so kind and helpful. They even topped off my windshield washer fluid which I greatly appreciated. Excellent customer service!
Would give 0 if possible. Big dude behind the counter was too busy eating his doritos to help fill my order. Then had to withstand his hot dorito breath in my face for the while I was there while he couldn't possibly try and look like he could be bothered. Thankfully the other girl behind the register gave me my refund for my online purchase
A man who clearly had been drinking since 6 AM stumbled my way and hit on me. I was objectified, but they didn't have the parts I wanted. I guess I had what he wanted, however.
Late on a Saturday our power steering belt broke leaving us in a tough spot. Anna took the time to go through options and made a perfect recommendation. A long way from home, she had us back on our way in no time at all.
They have given me the wrong parts twice in a row now so I have had to make multiple trips back and forth from the shop to there store and they don't even have any remorse for the people that have to keep coming back to get the right parts
