Place has really gone down hill. The old guys working there need to retire. Stood in line for 15 minutes with 2 people in front of me (who are grown adults and should be able to do there own wipers and batteries) and when I got up to the counter I stood there another 5 minutes while the guy was over in the corne doing who knows what. Be a good place to open a parts house

This morning I stopped by Advance Auto Parts on Edwards Avenue. My left turning signal started blinking fast whenever I would turn it on, and after reading the manual, it was determined to be a burnt bulb. To prevent from being hit in the back of my vehicle, I immediately went to the store and had the pleasure of meeting Manager Sean Carey. He listened to my concern, and personally replaced the bulbs as a safety precaution. He was very polite, knowledgeable, and showed a genuine concern for a customer. Not only does Advance Auto Parts have reasonable prices, but it’s evident they have exemplary employees. Sean is truly an asset to your business.

Came in to buy wiper blades on a Saturday and not a single person waiting on customers. A person came out from the back. Did not acknowledge me instead went outside to another vehicle. -100 would not recommend wasted 10 minutes of my life for wiper blades. AUTOZONE will always be my go to. Also went to scooters coffee since advance don't want to make money.

They got what you need for automotive repairs and to customize. If they don't have it there, they can sometimes get it the same day.

Went into the store tonight to pick up a solution for some lines on the radiator. Guy didn't act like he wanted to help us. My son knew him from school or I would not have known his name. Everything we asked for was an excuse made so I told my son let's just go and give our money to better customer service. Employee was Mike.
