A new Advance Auto Parts has just opened in Germantown, MD at 20900 Frederick Rd. The team at the this location are very friendly and knowledgeable.
Going into the store for assistance Marco D. has the best customer service he helped me with what I needed for my suv and installed the item as well . Thanks Marc we need more like him in all auto stores
Great customer service! Abraham, the manager, was very helpful, knowledgeable, and made sure I got exactly what I needed for my car. Highly recommend this location.
Incredibly rude manager I don't know her name but yesterday I left my battery to charge overnight the guy literally took it out my car no problem even infront of corporate also he check on his tester it said the battery was okay jusr depleted. Came back the next day the lady said my battery was dead and couldn't be charged I said okay can you put it back in the car she said no we aren't allowed to and that the staff yesterday wasn't supposed to and that they are new.
Managers were very helpful and understanding I really do appreciate them and highly recommend them for service..thank yall
