My online order was available when promised. Order pickup was efficient and easy. Since I went inside to pick up my order I took time to walk the isles and look at their selection of products. It was very evident that there is a good system in place as almost everything was neat and organized. Overall a pleasant trip.

Worried I had a dead battery. Jose was super helpful! And very kind. He had me set up in about 20 mins? And also had a very efficient work flow, as far as helping me and his other customers interchangeably. Thanks Jose, I really appreciate your help today!!

Went in to exchange wiper blades that were sold to me by an employee that did not fit my car. Was told by the manager that the receipt wasn’t populating in their system (even though it was physically in her hands) so she couldn’t do anything. No effort or customer service whatsoever.

Went in to look for valve stem caps. Couldn't find them in the spot I thought they would be. When I went to go ask the sales clerk, the response was "they'd be over there were you were just looking". Only reason for two stars is because they did end up having them. It might be a good idea to help the customer find something in the future.
