From the girls working at the counter that took care of my insurance for me over the phone.. to offering me snacks and beverages while waiting for my glass replacement… only took an hour. The windshield looks great and I even got a receipt showing the parameters on the calibration. They even test drove my truck to verify. This was my second windshield replacement this past year. Communication and customer service in any business is the key to success. Clearview exceeds in both areas. They answer the phones when you call and they return calls as promised. I asked for a factory OEM windshield because I had 99 miles on a brand new 2025 4Runner. That is exactly what I got. It looks like it rolled off the factory floor. Can’t say enough good things about Clearview glass. There is a reason they are busy, they are great at what they do.
