I stopped into Advance Auto Parts in Graham, NC after a Christmas tree’s worth of dash board lights popped on in the middle of my road trip. I unfortunately did not catch the gentleman’s name that helped me (Friday 2/20/26 about 5pm), but I told him which lights came on, and he guessed it may be my alternator, and came out to my Subaru with a diagnostic tool to confirm. This was so incredibly helpful so that I could call a mobile mechanic and let them know exactly what the problem was so they could fix it quickly and get me back on my way. Thanks to your associate’s knowledge, skill, and prompt assistance, a situation that could have derailed my family’s trip turned out to be just a minor inconvenience. Great customer service! Got a flat tire on the way back home from a gig and barely crawled my car in to get the tools I needed to fix it. A very helpful guy named Anthony not only helped me get the stuff I needed, he used some of his own tools and actually changed my spare for me! Above and beyond!!! Life savor!!!! Give the man a raise!!!!

They refused to change a battery if it took more than 30 minutes!Said a professional needed to do it!They have changed my battery before!When I called back, Allen I Think, said to come back, that I have the wrong store, no one would turn me away.After awhile someone else came on the phone and was very aggressive about my issue!Actually told me that he would never have his guy change a battery that could take that long!I call bull crap and will never do business again with them!!He actually changed it from 30 min. to it could take a hour!Less than 30 you will change it?It's not a busy store and you have more than 3 employees!
