I’ve come into this location multiple times since November. Every time I come in I constantly have issues with certain employees and the management team. This store is absolutely unprofessional and does not care at all about their customers. They will leave you standing around waiting for help. I’m also certain that a lot of the workers come in intoxicated. There is a worker who i’ve witnessed selling and using paraphernalia inside the store on multiple occasions! I’ve spoke to the field leader Naomi I believe and customer support but nothing was done I was just told to go to the police even after I sent them evidence.

I recently had a disappointing experience at this auto parts store on Friday, April 11th. Despite the store claiming their systems were down, they had no issues processing payments and refunds. I ended up paying nearly $70–$80 for a pair of windshield wipers, an amount I found excessive for such a basic item. The environment felt high-pressure, with salespeople pushing products aggressively, making me feel taken advantage of. It seemed as though they underestimated my awareness, but I know when I’m being misled. For better prices and genuine customer service, I talked to the manager and he should be ashamed! I truly recommend heading across the street to AutoZone!

I am big on customer service and being helpful to customers especially when you come to an auto store. I went to this location today and talked to a worker up front. I expressed I have never changed a battery on my key fob before and don't know where to start. I was told sorry I can't help. You need to read your owners manual. So I left. Needless to say I went across the street to Autozone and received all the info on what to do and was even directed to the website to figure out which battery to purchase. I won't be returning to this advance auto parts again.

I was happy to find out that they have the tool to test your alternator still in your car, and the fluid I needed was on sale. The employee that helped me was friendly and thorough, so I'll be back. Auto zone has free testing, but the location near me can only test it in the store.

Had to come to this store after some confusion with the Largo store and an online order. They had the part ready for me when I got there. I used a discount code to purchase online the first time and had to cancel that order and order the part in person. They honored the price I paid online without any push back. Ive been to Advance Auto Parts several times this month and this store was the ONLY store to offer to sign up for the Speed Perks reward. Customer service is better then most in that area!
