Dontaye was super helpful! The dispatch took a long time (more than two hours) but Dontaye was helpful, knew what he was doing, and a good communicator.
I am very pleased with the services provided by Central Towing & Recovery. Kshawn did a wonderful job with getting my vehicle out of a one-way, inclined, narrow, parking location. What was difficult for others to do, Kshawn made it happen! I loved his determination, patience, and excellent customer service. My car was delivered safely to the drop-off location, overall, my experience was 10/10, would recommend!
