Really pleasant experience with friendly, professional staff. I walked in needing wiper blades and showed then the previous design I had used which was needlessly complicated. The expert at the desk was really friendly and also confused why the design was so over-engineered, so he checked the wiper arm on the car, found the right blade, got me a discount, got me future blades at a massive discount, then installed them for me. I swear I could have figured it out, but it was really nice of him. I will be going here from now on for all my car parts and supplies.

Steve the store manager was so helpful. When I needed to return an item I did not need after all, they were so kind when they issued my credit. You can tell they care about their customers!

Just want to share the wonderful experience that I had with Steve, the service manager, at Advance Auto on Main Street in Green Bay. I called to see if he could help me with my windshield washer tubing that I broke when I lifted the hood on my car too hard and fast last winter. He said that he could and that I could stop by right away. He looked at it and started working at it with confidence. In no time he had it fixed for me. Thank you Steve!
