Best customer service from Branden who was so helpful, kind and professional. He helped me so much by performing tests to make sure I needed a new battery. He then went over the options with me and Installed it. Branden thank you so much for your being so professional and helpful. Way to go 😎🥰

My car didn’t turn on at this location and none of the workers was nice enough to come out and help me they just stared at me and didnt even offer to help. And one of the guys had came out and said they couldn’t help me and slam my hood of my car. they are very disrespectful. and i will be calling corporate.

Bought a DieHard battery at Advance Auto Parts a couple of years ago I bought the one with the longer warranty, this morning my car would not start got it jump-started went over to Advance Auto Parts they came out very fast tested my battery determined it was defective and installed the brand new DieHard battery and got me going on my way in less than 20 minutes very satisfied highly recommended!

Worst customer service EVER!! BE WARNED!! This establishment is unethical and discriminates against Seniors!!! We brought our car in because the battery died.. under warranty. Jacob (the "mechanic" on duty) replaced it for 'free' and blew the fuses!! Then they advised us to bring it to Acura, and Acura said (AND DOCUMENTED) that the battery was installed wrong causing the fuses to blow out. They charged over $300 and said that Advanced Auto Parts should be responsible for the charge!!! When we went back to them, they gave us the runaround saying there was no Supervisor or District Manager (Raymond Roach) on site to approve the refund, and acknowledged that they caused the problem!!! Customer Service was non-existant aha I was told the District Manager would call me on Monday when he return

The staff is always helpful and they will always be helpful in installing what you purchase there if they can. They installed my battery and wiper blades so far.
