Customer service was great. There was a lady who was quite pleasant in offering help and looking for my part. However, they didn't have the part I needed. I would have paid more for it right then because I wanted to do it today as long as the price was reasonable. But it would have cost more than double to have them get the part for me versus ordering online with 2-day shipping.
Today is December 6, 2025, and words can't express how helpful Deidre was for me today. I really appreciate all her efforts and understanding. She was patient, kind and friendly. Thank yoh so much!
Nice staff, but the QR codes for parts don't work, and they removed the books.
Deidra was very helpful as well as the rest of the staff that was there. They helped me jump my car and told me the status of my battery. There was only a couple people infront of me so the wait time wasn’t long at all and when it was my turn to be helped they treated me well and we even shared some laughs together. Overall great experience.
Dedra provided me with excellent customer service. Highly recommended!
