After experiencing a bad service at Dodge Ram in teterboro I went to Advanced auto in Hackensack to buy an oil filter. Alejandro came up to the counter with a great energy and caring attitude. He assisted me with what i need and even went as far to explain other things i needed for my truck.i was trying to find to store manger to let him know how great Alejandro was, so i figure writing a review will explain it. Thank you for turning day into a brighter morning.👌👌

Thank you Jose for taking the time to explain and assist me with multiple questions for my vehicles. Jose was very helpful and calm to help. Thank God at that point the store was not busy as you know how difficult it can be to get help when the store is busy.

If you want to return or exchange something in this store then you need an hour to wait even you are the only customer. There was 2 people work there but they are keep saying wait.. you won't get help in atleast an hour.. good luck..

I will always be a Customer from this point on due to the exceptional customer service that I received at the Advance AutoZone. The representatives name was Brandon and he was very helpful. He searched diligently for the items that I needed for my car and had unbelievable patient when the computer kept crashing. Actually I should have done this review for quite some time, but that shows you how much it impacted me that I’m taking Out the time several weeks later to make sure that I applaud him for going out of his way and helping me as a customer.

This is the second store I've gone to for checking the reason for any particular warning light issue whereas nothing wrong is found. However when having a light checked and a different establishment, the reason is found and advice is provided.
