Dennis has worked on both of my 911s and my other SUVs. He is extremely knowledgeable, prompt, communicates very well via videos, phone calls, etc. I always have peace of mind when dropping a vehicle off to him. He keeps his shop extremely clean and saves all of the old parts when completing work to show you what hes seeing. He takes the time to explain each issue whether it be parts replacement or preventative maintenance. I’ve brought my car to Carrera Haus several times — from regular oil changes and check-ups to a recent plenum install. Dennis, the owner, is incredibly knowledgeable and thorough. After the plenum change, I started getting a “Cooling System – Visit Workshop” message even though the car ran fine.
