I purchased a car battery from this location and when I requested that the battery gets installed I was told that they couldn't help me because there were only 2 employees on site. I was the only costumer at the store at the time. Its very unfortunate because I came to advanced auto parts thinking that my experience would be better than autozone. I guess not. What a disappointment. You would think that they would honor their free battery installation advertisements...

I try to buyChevron Techron High Mileage Fuel System Cleaner 13bucks at Walmart 10bucks.They offer free battery test I ask the guy with bold head NOT NOW LATER.I just wow Pricey please dont buy anything from there.

Good honest people work there. They say it will be there the next day, it is. They are fast looking up what you need and finding it. Best parts store around

So, I'll preface this by saying I have no complaints about the people that work here, they aren't my issue or my reason for writing a review for the first time ever, no my issue is with the business model here. If you buy a part here that is vital to getting your car working again, and its faulty out of the box, and you can't get the stupid warranty because its attached to your car, and out of desperation go somewhere else to have a new part installed because you can't afford to be without your car any longer, you can not get a refund on the broken product you no longer need a warranty on so now I'm out 200 dollars because the only thing they could offer me was a core thing that only gave me 40 dollars. If you plan on shopping here make sure it's something not vital to your car, less you g
