Advance Auto Parts

I don't generally give a pop store five star rating but if they make an effort to go above and beyond to try and help you then that definitely would that evaluation that's how I feel about the store they did everything they could to assist me without any expectation that I would buy parts I'm in my book that says a lot.

Purchased a few items and after finishing the project we noticed we had warranty on these particular parts, so we needed to return the new purchased ones. Once arriving the lady notified me that they incorrectly rung up an item so it couldn’t be returned unless a manger is there which would be 3 days. I guess the policy just isn’t making much sense to me. Shouldn't someone else have capabilities to do the same? Today is a Friday, not a weekend or holiday.

Best thing about this particular location is consistent excellent customer service. Greet you quickly, friendly and helpful, based upon several visits. And BTW . . . reliable UPS Access Point, too.

They won't check your transmission fluid and they were rude about it. One of the requirements to work there must be that you are very slow. No one moves with a purpose. Two registers open, two people in each line and we waited twenty minutes to ask a question.

It was awesome! I needed a battery for the automobile. Bought one and to my surprise they installed it also. Great company, store and an excellent staff. Thank you for assisting me.
