Came in with no coolant in my car. Wasn't sure what the issue was (having it checked today), but I needed some help adding the coolant and trying to look for any leaks. The first gentleman who helped me behind the counter, Lawrence, was very helpful and personable. The second gentleman, Manny, came outside with me and helped me add the coolant and look over the engine. He also shared some of his wisdom with situations like this. I really appreciated both of them taking the time to help me out and going even further in explaining certain aspects of my car's coolant system and what to look out for. The manager was also very courteous and professional. The store is clean and had everything I needed. Will definitely be a repeat customer! Thank you all!

1 month ago had an issue with my car. Juny helped me out He went the extra mile to make sure that I was ok. Very professional and polite. Also, Charlie has a good customer service as well. I totally recomend this store.

Very knowledgeable and helpful staff. Not only got the right part but they helped install it for me. Never felt any kind of hard sell or being taken advantage of as a woman in an auto parts store. Mucj appreciated and very hard to find these days. Would definitely recommend them to anyone...

Love the staff over at the Huntington Station store on Jericho tpke Brian is always so helpful and so is the staff I forgot the girls name the works there but I needed brake pads and my model vehicle can take three different types of pads so I gave her the vin and she found it instantly and even put my name on box so it was waiting for me when I got it 👍
