Stopped here on my way home to Michigan from Florida. I was absolutely impressed that Stetson and Benjamin took time to come out and actually crawl under to find the possible problem. Not an easy fix by the way but able to continue the 600 mile trip home and fix there. Long story short, I wouldn’t have been able to without their help. THANK YOU SO VERY MUCH!!!
Stopped in for a hitch and had to have a little help since I got my gallbladder out a week and a half ago. Gentleman with a ball cap amd glasses didnt hesitate to help. Thanks a million Sir!
We are traveling for work out of state and having brake issues, needed our calibers replaced. They had what we needed in stock & were very kind and helpful. Ryan was very understanding of our issue & allowed us to fix our truck in the parking lot to allow us to travel on safely. Very pleased with the compassion from this location. More than 5 stars!
They actually have some employees that know what they are doing and are smart enough to use Google and YouTube to help figure out the problem and how to fix it. Im never going back to teays valley auto zone they are a joke with a team of people that don't know anything about vehicles..
I went in yesterday morning to get a new windshield wiper for my back window. Stetson was the Sales associate that Helped me, He was very professional and very nice. He looked up the kind of windshield wiper I needed, and then he went outside and put it on my car for me. I really appreciate knowing that we still have good customer service out there, I will definitely be back for needs for my car. Thank you, Stetson
