Fantastic experience. Not only were they the only store in the area with the part I was looking for, the staff was great. Heather was so helpful and knew exactly everything else I needed to get the job done. I will definitely be making this my go to auto parts store.

Red provides fantastic customer service and is very knowledgeable to boot. He offered to install my new wiper blades without hesitation, despite the weather being bitterly cold, and he was quick and friendly throughout my entire visit to the store. I highly recommend!

Advance Auto Parts store# 5233 is my new #1 favorite auto parts store. Heather understood my problem and was quick to resolve it. She has standing customer service! I left a stream of oil down our new driveway and she helped me get back on my wife's good side by suggesting a degreaser for my driveway. Thank you!

I go there quite a bit but today was one of the best visits. The blonde lady, I didn't get her name, went above and beyond to help me out and make sure I got what I needed. She is the reason I go there and not next door or another company.

Heather at store 5233 went above & beyond for me. I appreciate this kind of customer service more than you know. My truck had needed a replacement part which online it said was in stock so I placed an online order for the store nearest to me. Unfortunately it was cancelled due to not being in stock. So I called around to 3 different stores before I called Heather at store 5233, I told her my situation & that I really needed this part. Heather dropped what she was doing to check stock & guarantee me that there was ONE of my exact part left.
