Erin was so very nice and knowledgeable. I needed a new battery and he took my old one out. The cables were corroded but he took the time to clean them, install my battery and check everything. I really appreciate the great service. Thank you!!

Horribly bad service. Do not buy a die hard battery from any advanced auto parts. I’ve been through 2 within 2 years and they have both went bad within a year and even though they switched out the first one because it was still under warranty now they tell me that the warranty on batteries is non transferable which makes no sense as to why they switched out the 1st battery. The lady manager told me she would call me back yesterday and of course never did and to be honest I have a battery I purchased from rural king that’s out lasted both die hard batteries.

My husband called and told them what I needed, and when I arrived, they had everything ready for me. all they had to do was pay, and they even offered to help carry the items out. great service.

The customer service representative behind the counter was very unfriendly and seemed overly suspicious of me as if I were stealing items, based upon his own personal stereotypical nature and my tattoos and stature. It made the shopping experience uncomfortable and was rude. I understand the need for awareness when customers enter the store but all customers should be treated equally regardless of outward appearance until they give a reason to think otherwise.
