I had to bring my car in around the holidays (because that’s when I was in town) and they did an amazing job! The car was ready a day before they estimated and looked as good as new. Fantastic ownership (Vickie is great) and amazing service.

Hit a deer on the way to work. Vickie and the crew took great care of my truck, got it fixed in 2 weeks. Recommend them highly!

Had my car almost 3 weeks and never called me. I called them 4 times and they still hadn't started repairs lol. Finally get the car back and it looks like a little kid did the repairs in the dark.Won't be back. Would not take a go cart to them. Vikki the new owner should change the name to vikkis instead of draging the tacketts good name through the mudd.

I recently had a major repair done at Tackett's through an insurance claim that I received as a result of a single-car accident. I couldn't be more happy with the end result, the price I was quoted, the speed at which repairs were done, and especially the willingness of Tackett's staff of capable, and accommodating team members and mechanics to go above and beyond in giving me the same car in the same shape as I had before this incident... without hurting my pocket. I want to thank all of those who were involved in this repair, and will definitely spread the word.

I cant say enough good things about this company. My son is 16 years old and on Super Bowl Sunday night at halftime he was taking his girlfriend home. He Wrecked my brand new car into my daughter‘s brand new car, this company saved me $4000. I didn’t turn it into my insurance. I self paid. It looks absolutely awesome. The job they’ve done on my car. My daughters is going in Monday. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Very happy with the experience I had with this company. Vicky and Andrew are Absolutely awesome to work with.
