Advance Auto Parts

I had a great experience at Advance Auto Parts thanks to their outstanding management and incredibly helpful staff. The manager runs the store professionally and makes sure customers are taken care of right away. Everyone was knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help me find exactly what I needed. It’s not always easy to find auto parts stores with this level of customer service, but this location really stands out. I truly appreciate the time and effort they put into making sure I left satisfied. I’ll definitely be coming back and highly recommend this store to anyone who values great management and excellent customer support!

This store is a lifesaver! My battery died a few blocks away on a Saturday evening at 7pm and I remembered that they just might have a portable jump-starter kit; voila! ...walked there and met Chris and Sean who were incredibly helpful...lifesaving! ...walked back to jump my car then of course I needed a new battery so drove back to their parking lot and 22-year old Sean was professional and super helpful swapping out the new battery for my 2019 Honda Fit sport for a brand new one. All on a pre-Blizzard cold Saturday night. Thankfully this store is open until 9pm on Saturday nights. And thankfully they have to stellar employees like Chris and Sean (who both deserve a raise, dammit!!). Highly recommended...

Our Subaru baterie died, husband came to the store to buy replacement and was assisted by Store Manager , Jacky. Not sure if am spelling Jacky correctly ( I apologize for that ) but just want to say that she was so professional and caring that we just had to make this review. It's so hard to find caring people in NY now , so she deserves praise! Thank you so much for the assistance and the caring approach it was truly truly appreciated. This is now our place to go for parts and etc. Thank you very much!!!

Extremely rude manager. I bought some brake pads months ago and they told me they had a lifetime replacement. Today I went to change them and they no longer have a warranty. This store has no seriousness.

I only have two words to describe this place: Poorly managed. Horrible customer service. The manager seems to always be in a bad mood. He will give you hell if you try to exchange or get a refund for a defective part. Better management is urgently needed.
