Excellent customer service. Leonard was extremely helpful when assisting me with the oil for my car and made the whole process easy. This AutoZone location is one of my favorites because the staff always takes the time to help, look up part numbers, and make sure you get exactly what you need. Leonard really went above and beyond. The employees, Angel, Leonard, Joseph Ramos from Auto zone, 95-01 Northern Blvd was knowledgeable and helped me find the exact part I needed. I purchased the battery and Leonard installed the car battery. It has been performing flawlessly. Great quality products! The service was excellent. Highly recommend!

I did not have a good experience at this AutoZone location and I feel it’s important to share. A simple battery change turned into an unnecessarily long and unpleasant process. The wait was well over 10 minutes, with only one register open and the manager moving slowly and other employees there pretending to look busy while customers in line, including myself, grew frustrated. I changed the battery myself, since they refused to do so. When I went inside to return the old battery for the refund they promise, I stood in line and waited my turn. To my surprise, the same employee who had just helped me accused me of skipping the line. I explained that I am not that type of person and the customers around me even confirmed that I had waited. Was able to find everything “on my own” employees aren’t helpful at all and are very rude actually. A simple is this brand good question is ignored and he says go wait in line. The employees are wearing stained clothes some guy had his airpods on and his grey hood and when I was talking to him he wasn’t even listing (he was playing music). What I learned was it was my mistake to come here go to the one on Northern Blvd and 155th st they are way better!

I’ve been going to this auto zone for a while now and most of the the employees seems nice and helpful except for the one lady who doesn’t speak English and have been constantly rude and paid less attention to our needs and simply proceeds to checkout without assisting the customers. I’d suggest if they can replace her with a self checkout machine because that is exactly what that lady is doing.
