If I could leave 0 stars I would. I went in 1/1/2026 because my check engine light came on and I was hoping for a quick scan to get an answer. I went in at 5:54pm. The printed sign on the door said they closed at 7pm. I went in and there were 2 women working. The older woman was helping a customer. The younger one was kind of wondering around behind the counter then said she was going to start her car. Grabbed her coat and keys, walked past me and went outside. She came back in took her coat off. Still no one has acknowledged me. She finally says "I would help you but this computer doesn't work". I asked if she was able to do a scan on my vehicle. She huffed, and rudely says "We close in 2 minutes!" I stated I was unaware, that their signs say 7pm. She reminded me that it was New Years d

I stopped into the store to get a part for my vehicle. My vehicle was running very poorly at the time and I was able to get the part and the kind staff which there were three of them working at the time sue, Larry and Roy, were very friendly and knowledgeable. they also were able to price match a competitor and even got me a better part. I would highly recommend this place for anybody who needs auto parts the level of dedication To customer service was phenomenal and it was a truly wonderful experience. The most friendly staff I have ever encountered in an auto parts store in my whole 15 years of buying auto parts. They treated me like I was more than just a customer or a dollar sign, they treated me like FAMILY or a very close friend. Words cannot express how much of a pleasant experie

This morning during the snowstorm my windshield wiper broke and I absolutely had to stop and replace it. This was my first time at Advance Auto and I certainly was pleased. It was a horrible morning and Christina was at the desk when I went in, I felt bad for her because I knew she was the one that would have to go out in the weather and replace my wipers. She never complained, she was so helpful and even when my old wiper gave her heck getting it off she kept on going and got them done. One final check to make sure they worked and I was on my way with some spiffy new blades! Thanks Christina I appreciate you and the job you did and will definitely make Advance my go to stop from now on!

I stopped at 2 different auto stores today just asking if someone would take a look at my wiper blade for me and got looked at like a fool. The gentleman from advanced auto was so friendly and came right out to my truck. Popped it right back on for me in 2 seconds! Thank you my guy!
