Lady didn’t bother looking at my picture to help me. Pointed to air and went ahead and answered the phone instead of helping the person who was there first. Pointed to something I didn’t want. Found it myself. But she is too easy to ask the white msn coming in if they need help. Useless people.

I’m a DIY mechanic and I’ve been coming to this Advance Auto Parts for several years. I came in recently to purchase a replacement for a battery I bought here in 2022. After testing it, the counter associate informed me it was still under warranty and began processing a free replacement. I hadn’t even asked for a deal; I was fully prepared to pay. Unfortunately, the manager (Anton) came over and began berating the associate right in front of me for honoring the warranty. He then questioned my driving habits and complained about having to "answer for" the warranty claim. He made me feel like I was doing something wrong by simply accepting the warranty that comes with the product. I appreciate the clerk's help, but the management here is unprofessional and disrespectful to loyal customers.

My Mustang needed a new battery and John helped me get it replaced under warranty and swapped it for me in a very timely manner. Super respectful, knowledgeable, and seems like he genuinely cares.

Just got a new battery installed, and they scratched and scraped up my 2 week old headlights I just paid 600 dollars for. She knows what she did. If she would have just admitted what she did, I would of let it go. Nice job.

Antoine and Lynn went above and beyond to help me and my daughter with parts for her car. I felt like I was more than just a customer. Thank you again for a wonderful shopping experience.
