Advance Auto Parts

I think consistency with a company is important and professionalism as well! I don't do kindly with people raising their voices when they're trying to explain something to me. I wanted my 10% discount because I'm a veteran. The store manager would not honor it, because the item was on sale. He has honored it in the past with past purchases that were on sale. I've been coming in there for a long time, but I will no longer walk in those doors, because I don't like people that raise their voices and I like consistency with a company.

I really don’t understand why a simple cover can’t be taken off to replace a battery. To turn down business and someone wanting to buy a $200+ battery seems crazy to me.

Shelves were fully stocked, had what I needed for my tires and the associate that assisted was very helpful!

I went to advanced auto in laplata today was graciously greeted by ms. Johnson. Mr. Moises took care of me at the register I was looking for a starter for a Ford Explorer which they had in stock so I didn’t have to go anywhere else!!! Mr. Moises was so kind and polite and helpful. I will definitely be making advanced autos in laplata my go to store solely for the great customer service!!!!! 🤩

Quick and courteous, helped me check my battery with a smile
