Tried to return a part in the original box because it was defective and was told no because I didn't have a receipt or proof that I bought it from them. It's a Dorman product. Who else around there in welcome sell Dorman products? No one I know. So now I'm stuck with a $70 broke part. Moral of the story is keep proof that you bought it. 2 months or 10 years I guess keep your receipts or you can't return it. 🤷
Robert was very kind and knowledgeable. He took good care of me from his friendly greeting when I walked to installing my new battery. He was professional and efficient. I'm so glad I stopped here for a new battery.
Store is always clean and employees are helpful.

This is a big name store with a small town friendly feel. Britney and Randy went out of their way to make sure our experience was perfect. They didn’t give up on installing my battery Even thought they ran into some issues. They really went above and beyond.
