WOW ... it is 94° with a heat index of 107°, I am in a parking lot thankfully in the shade, my upper water hose has an 8" rip in it. I've called several other auto parts stores and when I called THIS location , I was blessed enough to get Layne on the phone! I described my situation and he literally took all of 20 minutes searching his stores, other stores AND on line in general for this hose!! WHERE does ANYONE EVER do that? I can not thank you Layne, enough for ALL YOUR EFFORTS!! I'd be proud to be your Dad knowing you went WAAAAAAAAY beyond customer service! (Your peeps raised you right) I only wish I had a store, restaurant or anything that I could hire you for, to come work WITH ME! Thank You AGAIN Layne, I truly appreciate your efforts and help. Store was very clean and well stocked. Clay helped me out with an oxygen sensor for my vehicle. He had it shipped overnight and it was less money than I anticipated.Will definitely return to this location.

Horrible, customer model alternator 2 months later alternator was whining either mechanic took it off take it back to the store they won't want to the alternator because the alternator passes the test of working, the problem is it squeals loud under pressure me and my customer was told to take the part back to the shop let me put it on and let them hear it and then they can do something about it like she got money to pay me multiple times I'm making this review before I even called corporate I'm pretty sure they will handle it
