Advance Auto Parts

I went to Adavanced Auto Parts today (Dec. 9, 2025) on 6676 S. Wadsworth Blvd., Littleton, CO. My daughter and I were there to purchase wiper blades for her 2017 Hyundai Tucson. They were in bad need of replacement. I was surprised that there was no line waiting like other auto parts stores I have visited lately and there was actually three employees behind the counter. We were welcomed and greeted by George Charity. I was surprised by his enthusiastic cordiality, and instant likability. After knowing what we were looking for, he first asked my daughter this, "How responsible are you on a scale of 1-10?" I thought that was a little out of the ordinary, but she thought about it and responded that she was probably an eight. I quickly chimed in and asked her when was the last time she knew

Had a problem with my engine overheating, but it wasn’t giving a code at all. I’m not very experienced with cars and was worried it was going to be a big fix (and maybe it still will be…) but the person working there today, his name was Sam, pointed out a bad hose in the engine and I hope has saved me a lot of time and money! Even if there’s more to the problem, he helped me out a lot with this hose and was quick and very nice and knowledgeable. Thanks Sam!

The employees at this store are great. I bought the wrong brake pads and didn't even realize until I went to install them. Not only did they swap them out no questions asked... When their system said the only ones that would work needed to be special ordered, they went outside of their system, did the research, found pads they had in stock that fit my car and I was out the door within 3 minutes. They did this all on their own, without me even needing to ask. I was blown away. I can't recommend this location enough.

Had a great experience purchasing a new battery for my wife's Honda Civic. Had just come from Batteries Plus where the store clerk had a really combative attitude and claimed despite the Corporate website indicating free installation, there would be a $10.00 install fee. Didn't like getting baited and switched, so went literally down the road to Advance Auto where Doug was the complete opposite of the bad customer service guy at Batteries Plus. Tested my old battery and was very personable. Bought the exact same battery at the exact same price as that other place.....and DOUG INSTALLED IT FOR FREE! Moral of the story.....avoid poor customer service at the other place and go see Doug at Advance Auto!

Absolutely wonderful people at this store. They are so helpful. They even installed my new battery for me. I’ll be back!
