Extremely good advanced auto parts, employee was super helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I left with what I needed at the best price around, would definitely recommend this place for your auto parts needs whether it be OEM or aftermarket they probably have it or will be sure to get it in a day or 2 and make sure you have what you need before you head out the door, thanks again advanced auto for being extra helpful!!

I’ve used advanced auto parts for years has always been my go to for parts because of their prices! But today this location dropped me like a bad habit! I read their pricing policy and visited this store! I walked in and asked the associate about their price matching! He stated he would need the manager to do that and whent to get the manager, when the manager showed up I said I have a laundry list of parts I need to purchase but would like to price match with auto zone prices! He said “no we only price match Napa and fisher auto” at this point I was shocked and just left. I called customer support and they called the floor and the manager told them he told me he can’t price match without a quote from auto zone or flyer or mobile device! I must say I always have had a pleasant experience here but the attitude of one employee seems to be the decision maker that napa should get my business. Everytime he is bothered to help you, he acts like its a big inconvenience.

Best advanced auto around. I’ve been to several in the 315 but this one tops them all. Went in to grab brake pads and rotors and Roger took great care of me. If you want an auto parts store where the employees actually care that you get the right parts, this is the place.

I talked with Crystal the other day about a part, she was very knowledgeable and got me sorted out fast!
